Implementation Plan
On addressing the issues of the actual implementation of TimeKeeping and Attendance (Finger Recognition Device) and Payroll Handling Software. Below is the initial execution plan and some considerable subjects to focus on.

Simple Guide in the initial stage of Payroll & Timekeeping Implementation
for BOSS Payroll System
At the start, the list of employees under a company should be readied for encoding --- the names, salary rates and tax status could be enough.
Now, ideally, the system must be started on the very first half of the month, when, which the system was purchased from us. This is to fully take into account the "gross-month-income" of each employee and in order to have a good basis for SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig and Wtax computations.
We usually do help in establishing the "personal information details of employees" which could be submitted to us in a standard "excel format" and which we then convert into the "payroll database". This service is given for free, and to ease up the effort of establishing the initial employee records. When this is done, your "boss payroll software" is ready for use.
TimeKeeping System with Finger Recognition Device
This software works as the bundy-clock component of the payroll system. The initial list of employees emanates (is imported) from the payroll software which means that there is not a need for "employee list" encoding in the "timeKeeping". It is a simple "click" on the interface.
Though this could be all set in an instance that the payroll software is ready, the "enrollment" process of "finger registration" is a task that usually takes time to complete.
From our experience, this procedure is around a week or so. (for companies with 100+ employees)
Considering all the registration period, together with the familiarization on usage, the timeKeeping software usually takes around "one to two payroll period" behind in the implementation, at the least.
The way of "registration" is as well crucial, based on our observation. The "employee" who should be "finger-enrolled" must be given ample time to complete the task on his own. We have noticed some registrations that were done in a way that the "registrant" is fully guided with the hands of the "registrar". This usually makes the "employee registrant" uneasy and partially intimidated thereby, making him/her slow on the attendance queue and a candidate for "repeat registration" in the future.
Now, for the actual use, the habit of going about the "in" and "out" using the finger device is a bit bungling for some employees on the first few days, there is really a need for some real "pushing" in order to achieve a good data source for the timekeeping software. Our clients are usually compelled by us to be truly "religious" in this regard.
Although, the success rate of our implementations are as high as 100%, it is not as instantaneous due to issues stated above.
There is really not much of a problem, but we face the same things repeatedly in each of our new clients who are new to the device. Maybe, it is the reality for all kinds of "beginnings", but it is not painful like the "birth pain" :-).
We needed to be successful and there is no doubt that it is just around the corner if we all work consistently and hard enough, you and us.
